Pokemon Model Kit - Piplup Quick!! 06

Piplup's little blue body and determined expression look just like in the anime. The snap-together pieces fit cleanly without glue, and it was a fun quick build for a rainy afternoon.

The blue plastic has a nice matte finish that looks great out of the box. Getting the head attached took a bit more pressure than I expected, but the final pose is adorable.

The little flippers snap into place really satisfyingly, and the poseable wings let you change up its expression. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer on one or two steps, but overall it's a fun, quick build.
