This fantastic figure from Good Smile Company is based on an illustration that's a collaboration between the horror manga visionary Junji Ito and Hello Kitty! Tomie's gaze is a little too direct, and the monotone paint used for the figure -- except for the occasional pop of bright red -- gives this figure an unsettling appearance, in spite of Tomie's seemingly relaxed and casual pose. Her base is included. 

 

The figure is approximately 14 cm in height.
