The ears are stitched so they stand up perfectly, and the plush fabric feels way softer than a typical costume hat. I wore it out to a gaming meetup and got stopped at least five times for photos, it’s that charming.

The little captain’s hat sits snugly without sliding around, and the plush Pikachu face peeking out from the top is even softer than the photos suggest. I wore it to a game night and kept catching myself petting the ears. It’s a silly, joyful buy that’s worth every penny.
