Ichiban Kuji Pre-Order FAQ: Full Set Expectations

Quick answer

Pre-ordering a full Ichiban Kuji set guarantees you receive every prize in the lineup, including the last prize, without relying on luck. This FAQ covers common questions about shipping, arrival windows, and how to use your set.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pre-order a full set?

Select the full set option for the Kuji you want. Add it to your cart and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation with the estimated arrival date. Payment is typically taken at the time of order, but check the store's policy.

When will my full set arrive?

Arrival dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer. For example, the Berserk Fated Polarity set is estimated for October 2026, while the Splatoon 3 Third set is expected August/September 2026. Delays can happen, so monitor your email for updates. Check the product page for the latest estimated arrival before ordering.

What do I get in a full set?

You receive one of every prize tier in the lineup, including the last prize. For example, the Berserk set includes A Prize, B Prize (Guts MASTERLISE Figure), C Prize (Dragon Slayer MASTERLISE Figure), and more. Total prizes are 80 per set.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Policies vary by store. Most pre-orders are non-cancellable or have a limited window for changes. Contact customer support promptly if you need to make adjustments. Read the store's pre-order policy before purchasing.

What if a prize is damaged or missing?

Contact customer support with photos of the damage or missing items. Most stores will replace defective items if reported within a reasonable timeframe. Full sets are sealed, so damage is rare but possible. Inspect your set upon arrival and report issues quickly.
