Banpresto Fushiguro Megumi Figure: Culling Game Pre-Order FAQ

Quick answer

Buy the Banpresto Fushiguro Megumi Culling Game Maximatic figure if you want a large-scale, battle-ready Megumi display piece and you are comfortable with pre-order timing. Skip it if you need an in-stock item today or you only collect small-scale figures.

What the MAXIMATIC line actually signals

MAXIMATIC is Banpresto's premium figure series built around large-scale sculpting and exceptional detail. In practice, that means the figure is designed to be a display centerpiece rather than a shelf filler. The trade-off is that it takes up more space than a standard prize figure, so plan your shelf or case before ordering.

Because this Megumi is tied to the Culling Game Arc, the sculpt leans into a dynamic, battle-ready pose that captures his calm yet fierce demeanor. That makes it a stronger fit for collectors who want an action-oriented display than for anyone looking for a neutral, standing portrait.

Pre-order timing and price reality

This is a pre-order item, so the main risk is not the figure itself but the wait. Pre-orders secure your unit before release, but they also mean you will not have the figure in hand immediately. If you are buying as a gift for a specific date, confirm the release window fits your timeline before you commit.

The catalog price is USD 23.76 against a comparison price of USD 38.95. That gap is meaningful, but treat it as a snapshot rather than a guarantee. Pre-order prices can change, and the comparison price is not a promise of future value.

Who should skip this release

If you already own a Megumi figure from another line and you are happy with its scale, this MAXIMATIC release may be redundant unless you specifically want the Culling Game look. Likewise, if your display space is tight, a large-scale figure can force you to rearrange an entire shelf.

Collectors who prefer to inspect a figure in person before buying should also think twice. Pre-orders are best for people who are comfortable committing based on the product listing and the MAXIMATIC line's established approach to sculpting.

Fushiguro Megumi pre-order FAQ

What is the MAXIMATIC line?

MAXIMATIC is Banpresto's premium figure series focused on large-scale sculpting and exceptional detail. It is positioned as a step up from standard prize figures, with the trade-off of a larger footprint.

How big is the Megumi figure?

The supplied catalog does not list exact dimensions. MAXIMATIC is described as large-scale, so plan for a figure that takes up more shelf depth and height than a typical small figure. Check the product page for any updated measurements before ordering. Measure your intended display space first if size is a deciding factor.

Is this a pre-order or in-stock item?

It is a pre-order. You reserve the figure before release, which means you should expect a wait rather than immediate shipping.

Why is the price lower than the comparison price?

The catalog shows USD 23.76 against a comparison price of USD 38.95. That is a current listing snapshot, not a permanent discount or a guarantee of resale value.

Who is this figure best for?

Collectors who want a large-scale, battle-ready Megumi tied to the Culling Game Arc and who are comfortable with pre-order timing. It is less suitable for buyers who need an in-stock item or who have very limited display space.
